Almost got fooled by the AirAisa gimmick for free tickets. I was reading the news when I saw that AirAsia was giving away 30,000 free tickets for flights from KL-SG. I immediately logged into the airasia website and check that yes, the tickets cost nothing but after taxes is cost RM230 for a return. Parents insisted that the bus was still cheaper and I registered as a customer at the aeroline bus website SO that I can compare prices. True enough, a return by bus cost RM160. Still way cheaper. All the hype for nothing.
Wait till you see FREE tickets, I'll bet you'll be as excited as I was.
